Approve Rules carrying out transactions with the equipment for the production, production of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which is subject to control which are applied.

Rules of carrying out transactions with the equipment for production, production of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which is subject to control

1. These Rules determine the general principles of development, production, production, storage, distribution, transportation, transfer, acquisition, realization (leave), import to the territory of Ukraine and export out of its limits, uses and destructions of the equipment for production, production of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors and the procedure of control of respect for such principles.

2. Development, production and production of the equipment which is used for production, production of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors (further - the equipment) is performed by subjects of housekeeping with observance of the technical, sanitary and established by the legislation other requirements.

3. The equipment is stored in storage facilities and used only for its purpose.

Change of the storage location of the equipment is approved by the subject of housekeeping with GSKN.

4. Distribution of the equipment is carried out by subject of housekeeping which makes it or produces, in coordination with GSKN.
