Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of the Russian Federation of communication and informatization of 25.07.2000 N 130 "About procedure for implementation of system of technical means on ensuring investigation and search operations on networks of telephone, mobile and wireless communication and personal radio challenge public" (it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 9, 2000, registration N 2339).
3. Direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
