1. Approve Regulations about suspension of transactions, arrest and indisputable money recovery from bank accounts.

2. On the date of entry into force of this resolution to repeal the resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova N 113 of May 21, 2003 about approval of Regulations about suspension of transactions, arrest of money from bank/treasurer accounts and indisputable money recovery from bank accounts (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, N 126-131/172 of 27.06.2003), with subsequent changes and amendments.

3. To department of payment system to provide Regulations about suspension of transactions, arrest and indisputable money recovery from bank accounts for approval to the Ministry of Finance and for registration to the Ministry of Justice.

4. This resolution is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective since April 21, 2006.
