About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of lump-sum allowance to persons exempted from places of detention

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law N 129-XVI of June 23, 2005 "About modification and amendments in the Law on social adaptation of persons exempted from places of detention N 297-XIV of February 24, 1999" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, N 95-97, Art. 450) and optimizations of the payment mechanism of lump-sum allowance to persons exempted from places of detention, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve according to appendix Regulations on payment procedure of lump-sum allowance to persons exempted from places of detention.

2. Expenses on payment of lump-sum allowance to persons which are exempted from places of detention are performed at the expense of the means which are annually provided in the government budget on these purposes.

3. To persons exempted from places of detention till January 1, 2006, lump-sum allowances are paid according to the Order of the Government N 871 of August 22, 2000 "About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of lump-sum allowance to persons exempted from places of detention".

4. To persons specified in Item 3, lump-sum allowance it is paid by penal institutions based on the provided employment bureaus of the population of lists of National penitentiary administration to the 10th following month under report.

5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government N 871 of August 22, 2000 "About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of lump-sum allowance to persons exempted from places of detention" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, N 109-111, Art. 973).

6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
