For the purpose of streamlining of system of the organization of the international motor transportations, regulation of procedure for entrance and departure, transit and movement of foreign carriers on the territories of the Republic of Tajikistan, the organization of payment of payments for field service, road and household services, re-equipment of highways, control of adherence to deadlines of their stay in the territory of the republic according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the list of the highways intended for the omission of transit motor transportations of foreign motor transport through the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, admissible parameters of vehicles, the list of the customs autotransitions of the Republic of Tajikistan bordering on the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and People's Republic of China, the list of the main documents necessary for accomplishment of the international motor transportations in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices No. 1-4).
2. The authorization system of entrance, departure and transit through the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan is determined by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan" and other acts of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, intergovernmental agreements of the international automobile communication between the Republic of Tajikistan and foreign states.
3. As the right of entrance, departure and transit on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan serves the document of the established sample - "Permission" which is issued by the state authorized body on supervision and regulation in the field of transport.
