1. Approve Regulations on the State committee on cases of refugees and displaced persons of the Azerbaijan Republic it (is applied).

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.

Regulations on the State committee on cases of refugees and displaced persons of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. General provisions

1.1. The state committee on cases of refugees and displaced persons of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - Committee) is the central executive body performing state policy in the field of resettlement, placements, repatriations, social protection of persons which became refugees and displaced persons as a result of the Armenian-Azerbaijani, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict (further - refugees and displaced persons), creations for them social, domestic conditions in the territories exempted from occupation.

1.2. The committee is guided in the activities by the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic, decrees and orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, international treaties which participant is the Azerbaijan Republic, and this Provision.
