1. This Provision determines procedure for activities of state bodies, companies, organizations and organizations, irrespective of their forms of business, public associations, the international organizations for acceptance, distribution and realization of the humanitarian and technical assistance arriving on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan from abroad, features of customs clearance and application of the privileges provided by the current legislation concerning the goods imported as humanitarian and technical assistance.
2. The humanitarian assistance is the donated inventory items, not having commercial nature as within the country, and beyond its limits.
The charitable help and (or) charity is non-paid rendering financial or other support (support) by the organization to the physical persons needing such help or to the organizations which are directly giving such help including the charitable organizations and other organizations and persons specified in article 11 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
