About procedure for investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits

b) the organization of work on investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits is performed by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;

c) investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits is performed by the Federal Treasury;

d) The Federal Treasury attracts to ensuring investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits the Central bank of the Russian Federation based on the agreement, stipulated in Item 6 these resolutions, without remuneration.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in 10-day time to develop and approve:

a) procedure of payments for credit institution of limit of investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits;

b) order of interaction with the Federal Treasury in case of investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in 10-day time in coordination with the Federal Treasury and the Central bank of the Russian Federation to develop and approve:

a) standard form of the general agreement of the Federal Treasury with credit institution about investment of funds of the federal budget on bank deposits;

b) procedure for the conclusion of the specified general agreement;
