1. Approve the enclosed "Procedure for determination and approval of lists of products delivered within implementation of international treaties of the Russian Federation on production cooperation of the State Parties of the CIS".

2. To management of military and technical cooperation and cooperation programs (V. V. Belukov) to provide annual determination and approval of lists of the mutually delivered goods necessary for the arms production and military equipment within the developed cooperation bonds between the organizations of the State Parties of the CIS.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
