For the purpose of increase in production and realization of sugar in the republic and financial improvement of JSC Xorazm Shakar the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Exempt, according to the procedure of exception, JV JSC Xorazm Shakar for up to January 1, 2009 from payment:
customs payments (except for charges for customs clearance) on the imported equipment, the mechanisms, spare parts and component parts, raw materials and other materials necessary for production of finished goods;
the value added tax in case of realization of self-produced finished goods.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
