1. Approve the Instruction about procedure of payments and payments of fees on obligatory national social insurance on case of unemployment and accounting of their revenues in Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine to unemployment case approved by Board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case, by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. Submit the specified Instruction on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Consider No. 4 which voided the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of 03.10.97 "About approval of the Procedure for collection of collection on compulsory social insurance on unemployment case", registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.10.97 for No. 492/2296.
