According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About registration of pledge of personal estate" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for collection of payment for rendering information services on pledge of personal estate.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to publication.

1. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 1998 No. 254-1 "About registration of pledge of personal estate" and determines the size, procedure for collection of payment for rendering information services by pledge of personal estate by the Centers for the real estate of Committee of registration service and rendering the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to legal assistance (daleeregistriruyushchy body)
