According to Article 343 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community of February 26, 2002 the No. 39 Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Inventory according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of Eurasian Economic community, assessed by zero rate of seasonal customs duties for a period of nine months.

2. Enact this resolution since March 1, 2008.

3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this resolution.
