ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

About streamlining of use of soundtrack

According to article 17 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and for the purpose of development of authentic musical art and singing, support of talent of young contractors and the correct use of soundtracks, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Use of plus soundtrack (record of music and imposing of voice) is forbidden during the performances on actions of the national, all-republican, regional, city and district level, in concerts and performances, at weddings and other celebrations.

2. Use of minus soundtrack (record of music without voice) in the dramatized representations, on squares, stadiums and in studio recordings of television programs by way of exception is in case of need allowed.

3. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and Committee on television and broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take all necessary measures for accomplishment of this resolution.
