Approve Regulations on forming, use and protection of the state information resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, Regulations on accounting and control of use of the state information resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, Regulations on the state accounting and registration of information resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, the List of the documents and information sources represented without fail to National patent information center of the Republic of Tajikistan of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Product indicators of condition of science and research works in the Republic of Tajikistan, the Procedure for delivery of the obligatory complimentary copy of open electronic editions of programs for electronic computers and databases (are applied).
2. Determine the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan as state body by coordination and process control of informatization regarding forming and use of open national information resource of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. At the expense of the total number of employees of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to create in management structure of science and social infrastructure department of information resources with 4 (four) established posts.
