Article 1

The parties, according to rules of international law and the current legislation in the states, will support and develop cooperation between the relevant organizations and organizations of the states of the Parties in the field of education on the basis of the principles of equality and mutual respect.

Article 2

The parties will concentrate the efforts in the following directions of cooperation:

- experience exchange in the most important directions of development, management and planning in the field of education;

- preparation and advanced training of research and educational personnel;

- exchange of educational and methodical materials.

Article 3

The parties guarantee termless recognition in the territories of documents of the state sample on education, retraining, assignment of the academic degrees and ranks issued in both states till January 1, 1993.

Article 4

The parties will carry out necessary work for settlement, the education documents connected with recognition, the academic degrees and ranks issued in both states after January 1, 1993.

Article 5

The parties will develop direct partner connections between organizations initial, average and higher education.
