1. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 12, 2007 No. 10 "About establishment of admissible share of the foreign citizens and stateless persons performing wholesale and retail trading activity in the Kyrgyz Republic";

- Item 88 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 27, 2007 No. 377 "About modification and amendments and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 16, 2007 No. 216-r.

2. Determine that to the foreign citizens and stateless persons which do not have the permanent residence permit in the Kyrgyz Republic and performing individual business activity before adoption of this resolution, patents are granted in the presence of the permission to implementation of labor activity in the Kyrgyz Republic which is earlier issued by the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment for the term which is not exceeding its action.

3. Monthly to represent to the state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees the list of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who got permission to implementation of labor activity in the Kyrgyz Republic on the quota approved by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than the 5th following the accounting period.

4. This resolution becomes effective in 15 days from the date of official publication.
