For the purpose of accomplishment of the Security act of traffic No. 131-XVI of June 7, 2007. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 103-106, 443), Item 2 of the Actions plan on improvement of the situation with traffic safety till 2009 approved by the Order of the Government No. 1039 of September 6, 2006. No. 146-149, 1119) and Item 11 of the Actions plan on improvement of the situation with the road transport approved by the Order of the Government No. 507 of May 7, 2007.
