Approve the performance report of the federal budget for 2006 according to the income in the amount 6 278 888 405, of 4 thousand rubles, on expenses in the amount 4 284 803 300, of 2 thousand rubles with excess of the income over expenses (surplus of the federal budget) in the amount 1 994 085 105, of 2 thousand rubles and with the following indicators:

1) according to the income of the federal budget for 2006 according to appendix 1 to this Federal Law;

2) on expense allocation of the federal budget for 2006 according to Sections and subsections of functional classification of budgets expenses of the Russian Federation according to appendix 2 to this Federal Law;

3) on departmental expense structure of the federal budget for 2006 according to appendices 3, 4 (confidentially) and 5 (top secret) to this Federal Law;

4) on expense allocation of the federal budget for 2006 according to Sections, subsections, target Articles, expense types of functional classification of budgets expenses of the Russian Federation according to appendices 6 and 7 (confidentially) to this Federal Law;

5) on sources of financing of federal budget deficit for 2006 according to appendix 8 to this Federal Law.

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
