1. Take into consideration information prepared by Coordination council of the Commonwealth (Union) of the organizations of veterans of the independent states and the Interstate coordination center for perpetuating of memory of defenders of the Fatherland on the course of accomplishment of the Interstate program of actions for perpetuating of memory of the citizens who died in case of protection of the Homeland, and the victims of the Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945 it (is applied).

2. Charge to the Interstate coordination center for perpetuating of memory of defenders of the Fatherland:

2.1. Prepare and submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of Council of CIS Heads of Government the following offers:

* about creation under the Interstate coordination center for perpetuating of memory of defenders of the Fatherland of Interstate fund for perpetuating of memory of defenders of the Fatherland;

* about procedure and the amounts of financing of release of bulletins with lists of the dead and places of burials which are established during the carried-out work.

2.2. Organize carrying out work in archive organizations of the Russian Federation on establishment of destinies of citizens of the State Parties of the CIS, missing persons in the years of World War II and to perform release of bulletins with the established lists of the dead and places of burials. To perform financing of this work at the expense of the interested State Parties of the Commonwealth under approval.

3. Recommend to the governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States:
