About establishment of quota of acceptance in case of revenues to study in the organizations of education realizing professional training programs of technical and professional, postsecondary and higher education

For the purpose of realization of Item 8 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Establish acceptance quota in case of revenues to study in the organizations of education realizing professional training programs of technical and professional, postsecondary and higher education from the approved state educational order for:

1) citizens from among disabled people of I, II groups, disabled people since the childhood, handicapped children - percent 0,5;

2) persons equated on privileges and guarantees to participants of war and disabled veterans - percent 0,5;

3) citizens from among aulny (rural) youth on the specialty determining social and economic development of the aul (village) - 30 percent;

4) persons of the Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2 percent;

5) orphan children and children without parental support - 1 percent.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2002 No. 1188 "About establishment of quota of acceptance in case of revenues to study in the organization of average professional and higher education for separate categories of persons" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 39, the Art. 404);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2004 No. 1276 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2002 No. 1188" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 48, the Art. 612).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
