Based on article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2007 "About road transport and motor transportations", the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the list of the organizations of education performing retraining and advanced training of persons responsible for the organization and accomplishment of motor transportations according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2008.
