1. Determine that regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom together with the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Belarusian republican union of consumer societies create annually in areas and Minsk stabilization funds (inventories) of the food products realized in the territory of the republic.
In case of decrease in sales of products of crop production and considerable exceeding of inventories of these products in comparison with planned in schedules of monthly use of amounts of stabilization inventories sales of products of crop production from stabilization funds (inventories) of food products out of limits of the Republic of Belarus is allowed.
2. Approve the enclosed Procedure for creation of stabilization funds (inventories) for the food products realized in the territory of the republic.
3. Offer open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank, to Belagroprombank open joint stock company, to Belpromstroybank open joint stock company and other banks annually to open on favorable terms credit lines for creation of stabilization funds (inventories) of food products in areas and Minsk.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom.
