About the state export control of arms, military equipment and products of dual purpose
This Law for the benefit of safety of the Republic of Tajikistan, accomplishment by the republic of the international obligations and strengthening of non-proliferation regime of weapons of mass destruction determines bases and procedure of export control of arms, military equipment, raw materials, materials, the equipment, technologies, scientific and technical information and services.
The concepts used in this Law mean the following:
products - goods, technologies, the equipment, works, services, information falling under action of export control;
products of dual purpose - products which are not held for use in the military purposes, but can be used during creation nuclear, chemical both other types of weapon of mass defeat, and means of its delivery;
the product range, kontrolkontrolny lists, lists of arms and the military equipment, products of dual purpose falling under export, including nuclear and special non-nuclear materials, separate types of raw materials, materials, the equipment, technical, scientific and technical information and services which are applied or can be used during creation weapons of mass destruction, different means of their delivery;
export - export of products from customs area of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of permanent stay or consumption out of this territory, provision to foreign persons of the services connected with arms and military equipment, products of dual purpose;
re-export - export of products from the customs area of the Republic of Tajikistan made beyond limits, made beyond limits or export of products made in the Republic of Tajikistan from customs area of other state to the third countries;
transit - movement of products under customs control through customs area of the Republic of Tajikistan;
