About approval of Technical regulations for distribution power networks
Based on Article 5 of the paragraph (1) and Articles of 7 litas. g) The law on the electric power N 137-XIV of 17.09.98. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova 1998, N 111-113 Art. 681), for the purpose of establishment and promotion of rules and requirements of technical nature for reliable, steady and cost-efficient work of distribution networks the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve the Technical regulations for distribution power networks stated in appendix as resolution component.
2. Owners of licenses for distribution of electrical energy in the course of the activities shall submit to rules and the established requirements of the Technical regulations specified in Item 1.
3. To impose control of observance of this resolution on management of regulation and licensing.
