About approval of the differentiated standard rates of payment for use of natural resources for production of amber, titanic and titano-zirconium ore

According to article 30 of the Code of Ukraine about subsoil the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the differentiated standard rates of payment for use of natural resources for production of amber, titanic and titano-zirconium ore according to appendix.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 12, 1997 N 1014 "About approval of basic standard rates of payment for use of natural resources for mining and the Procedure for collection of payment for use of natural resources for mining" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 38, page 8; 1998, N 3, Art. 98; 2000, N 10, Art. 383; 2001, N 29, Art. 1310, N 32, Art. 1480) following changes:

1) ceased to be valid

2) in appendix to the resolution:

in the Metal Minerals group to exclude the following line items:

"Titanic ore ** -" - 0,32

Titano-tsirkoniyevaya ore -" - 0,62";

in the "Raw Materials Jewelry (Gemstone)" group in the list of minerals to exclude the word "amber".

3. To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and State Tax Administration in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and European Integration to make corresponding changes to Instructions about procedure for calculation and collection of payments for use of natural resources for mining.
