According to article 30 of the Code of Ukraine about subsoil the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the differentiated standard rates of payment for use of natural resources for production of gold (gold and polymetallic) raw materials according to appendix.

2. Ceased to be valid

3. To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and State Tax Administration in coordination with the Ministry of Economics to make corresponding changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure of payments and collecting of payments for use of natural resources for mining.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2002.
