According to article 30 of the Code of Ukraine about subsoil the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the differentiated standard rates of payment for use of natural resources for production of uranium ore (are applied).

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 12, 1997 N 1014 "About approval of basic standard rates of payment for use of natural resources for mining and the Procedure for collection of payment for use of natural resources for mining" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 38, page 8; 1998, N 3, Art. 98; 2000, N 10, Art. 383; 2001, N 29, Art. 1310, N 32, Art. 1480; 2002, N 9, Art. 408) such changes:

1) ceased to be valid

2) in the Metal Minerals group of appendix to the resolution to exclude line item "Uranium ore - 3".
