According to Item 15 of the Procedure for declaring of customs value of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine and provisions of data for its confirmation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.12.2006 of N 1766, for the purpose of simplification and optimization of the procedure of customs control and customs clearance of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine and also I ORDER to realization of the right of the customs applicant concerning release of goods in free circulation under warranty obligations according to provisions of Article 264 of the Customs code of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Procedure for release of goods in free circulation under warranty obligations when importing them on customs area of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine 30.05.2012 No. 631
3. To management of customs value (Lyadenko I. G.) and to Legal department (Not brother L.M.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
