2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the state licensing of procurements, conversions and realization of wool, rawhide and astrakhan fur in Turkmenistan.
3. To the state commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan to perform registration of contracts for export of wool, rawhide and astrakhan fur only in case of submission of the license granted by Association of livestock joint-stock companies of Turkmenistan of Turkmenmallara.
4. To the state customs of Turkmenistan not to allow export from Turkmenistan of wool, rawhide and astrakhan fur without availability of the license, the granted Association of livestock joint-stock companies of Turkmenistan of Turkmenmallara.
