1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on features of activities of specialized depositary of non-state pension fund.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 28, 2000 N 383 "About procedure for the conclusion non-state pension funds of contracts with depositaries and features of activities of the depositaries servicing non-state pension funds" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, N 19, the Art. 2089);

Regulations on features of activities of specialized depositary of non-state pension fund

I. General provisions

1. This Provision establishes features of activities of the specialized depositary which signed the service provision agreement with non-state pension fund (further - fund) and managing companies with which the fund signs trust management agreements of means of pension reserves and (or) trust management agreements of means of pension accruals (further respectively - specialized depositary, managing company of fund).
