Procedure of escort of vehicles on public roads using cars of military automobile inspection of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the list of cases of maintenance and condition of escort of vehicles cars of military automobile inspection (further hereinafter is referred to as - military traffic police).

2. In this Procedure the following concepts * are used (1):

"the maintenance car" - the vehicle of the State traffic inspectorate or military traffic police on which outside surface the special tsvetografichesky scheme is applied, equipped with devices for giving of special sound signals and flashing indicators of blue and red color and used for maintenance;

"military column" - group of 3 - 20 motorized vehicles and (or) units of the self-propelled special equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, and also law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation * (2);

"the job specification of maintenance" - the employees of the State traffic inspectorate, inspectors of military traffic police included in structure of crew of the car of maintenance, who had special training and studied route;
