About establishment of the amount of collection in the form of the target allowance to rate for natural gas
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Establish in 2007 on amount of natural gas which is used by the companies of chemical industry which list affirms the Ministry of industrial policy in coordination with State Tax Administration and the Ministry of Finance as raw materials according to the separate purchase and sale agreement with the supplier, collection in the form of the target allowance to the approved rate for natural gas in the amount of 6 percent.
