About tariffing and compensation of working production industries

For the purpose of enhancement of tariff payment terms of work in production industries I decide:

1. Establish two-digit system of tariffing of working production industries since November 1, 1998.

2. Determine that the first working category corresponds to I-III categories, the second working category - to the IV-VI categories of the operating Single wage rate book.

The size of the tariff charge (the working second category it is established at the 1,5 level of the tariff charge of the working first category.

3. To the ministries and departments to develop and approve industry tariff and qualification characteristics of working professions and to provide tariffing of workers at jurisdictional enterprises and in the organizations for two-digit system.

4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to develop and approve the Procedure for tariffing of the workers occupied at the companies of production industries.

5. To provide to the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan offers on introduction of amendments to the current legislation of Turkmenistan, following from this resolution.

6. Declare invalid paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of October 2, 1996 No. 2804 "About salary adjustment".
