1. These methodical instructions parts are developed according to part (3/3) of Article 90/1 of the Tax code N 1163-XIII of 24.04.1997, with subsequent changes, and Item and) (2) article 11 of the Law on the financial accounting N 113-XVI of April 27, 2007.
2. The purpose of these methodical instructions is the description of features of reflection in financial accounting of the income and prizes received from gamblings.
3. These methodical instructions extend to the organizations which perform gamblings in the Republic of Moldova according to the Law on gamblings N 285-XIV of 18.02.1999.
