1. Approve the coefficients considering influence of conditions of production of the works differing from normal according to appendix.
2. Coefficients (1) to enact the item from the date of publication of this order in "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova".
3. (Mr. F. Hristev) to provide to management of construction and town planning the publication of this order in "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova".
4. From the date of the publication of this order in "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova" the Order of Department of construction and development of the territory N 21 of January 21, 2005. "About approval of coefficients on cost rates of work and regulation of time of operation of the construction machines considering influence of conditions of production of the works differing from normal" to consider invalid.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy director general of the agency Mr. Anatol Tsurkan.
