About approval of the Regulations on procedure for distribution and issue to rural producers of public credits in the form of commodity material resources

For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of placement, accounting and control of use of commodity loans in the form of seeds, decides the grains of food wheat, mineral fertilizers, fuels and lubricants, remedies of the plants and other material resources allocated by the state as commodity and financial aid or which are purchased at the expense of means of the government budget for support of rural producers, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for distribution and issue to rural producers of public credits in the form of commodity material resources.

2. Recognize to invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 15, 2000 No. 670 "About approval of the Standard regulations on procedure for issue and distribution of commodity loans in the form of mineral fertilizers, fuels and lubricants, remedies of the plants and other material resources received by the state as commodity and financial aid or which are purchased at the expense of the attracted public credits";

- the paragraph of the sixth of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 21, 2007 No. 614 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rendering the state support to rural producers in carrying out spring and field works in 2008" of November 27, 2007".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and environmental management of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
