To the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform collection of customs duties for customs clearance of the goods, vehicles declared in goods quality in the amount of percent 0,15 from customs value, but at least 2 sizes of settlement indicator and no more than 2500 sizes of settlement indicator.

2. Determine that in case of production of customs clearance out of the places established for this purpose and out of working hours of customs authorities customs fees are levied in double size, but no more than 2500 sizes of settlement indicator.

3. Declare invalid Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 19, 1998 No. 368 "About establishment of the amount of charges for customs clearance and for issue of the certificate of origin".

4. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
