About approval of Methodology of calculation of rates for services in transportation of passengers and baggage by road transport

In pursuance of the article II of the Law N 329-XVI of November 9, 2006. "About entering of amendment into article 36 of the Law on approval of the Code of road transport N 116-XIV of July 29, 1998" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, N 181-183, Art. 830) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Methodology of calculation of rates for services in transportation of passengers and baggage by road transport according to appendix.

2. To national bureau of statistics to represent to the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities quarterly based on financial statements and other statistic reports of carrier economic agents necessary information for monitoring and calculation of rates.

METHODOLOGY OF CALCULATION OF RATES FOR SERVICES IN TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS AND BAGGAGE BY THE ROAD TRANSPORT
