1. The centers of support and help to the victims of human trafficking (daleetsentra), are the specialized organizational structures performing support and rendering the complex help to persons who were affected by human trafficking.
2. The centers also give help, to the adults and minors who underwent to deception and psychophysical violence and determined as the victims of human trafficking according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About fight against human trafficking", and also the international standards on identification of the victims of human trafficking recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. The centers can give help as addressed on own initiative, and in the direction of bodies of system of social protection of the population, education, health care, law enforcement agencies, employment services, migration and other subjects of fight against human trafficking within the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
