The purpose of this Law is regulation of the relations in the field of counteraction to human trafficking.
The legislation on counteraction to human trafficking consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules, than those which are stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Uzbekistan about counteraction to human trafficking then are applied rules of the international treaty.
In this Law the following basic concepts are applied:
trade in the minor - any action or the transaction, irrespective of use at the same time the levers specified in determination "human trafficking" by means of which the minor is illegally given by the parent, other legal representative or other person to the other person for remuneration for the purpose of its operation or receipt of material or other benefit;
country of source - the state from which territory export of the victims of human trafficking is performed or citizens of which are the victims of human trafficking;
coercion - physical, psychological, sexual and economic abuse or threat of its application with the purpose to induce the forced person contrary to or in spite of himself to making of any actions or to refusal of their making for benefit of the forcing person or other persons;
