2. To the Tax Committee and Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, to other interested ministries and departments of the republic for the purpose of ensuring control over target use of production processing equipment and components to it in the Republic of Tajikistan and carrying out efficiency analysis of the provided privileges annually to send information on their use to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan for the subsequent informing the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
