About some questions of activities of the legal entities having the branches or other separate divisions performing business activity on production of agricultural products and introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2002 No. 1563

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that the legal entities having the branches or other separate divisions performing business activity on production of agricultural products, revenue from its realization at which constitutes at least 50 percent from the total amount of revenue of branch or other separate division (the daleeyuridichesky persons having the branches or other separate divisions performing business activity on production of agricultural products), have the right on equal terms with agricultural organizations according to the legislation to acquire agricultural machinery of national production for production of agricultural products, to obtain the credits for purchase of the tractors, farm vehicles and the equipment including transferred on the terms of long-term lease (leasing), to acquire (to receive) mineral fertilizers, oil products for carrying out spring field and harvest works, and also to receive other preferences provided to agricultural organizations according to decisions of the Government of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Recommend to local executive and administrative organs to make similar decisions, providing to the legal entities having the branches or other separate divisions performing business activity on production of agricultural products, the equal rights with agricultural organizations when implementing by the specified legal entities of activities for production of agricultural products.
