About some measures for updating of fixed assets in construction industry

For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of material and technical resources of construction industry, updating of fixed assets of the organizations performing activities in the field of construction and the industry of construction materials:

1. Determine that from July 1, 2006 to December 31, 2010:

1.1. in the innovative fund formed by the Ministry of Architecture the increased assignments in the amount of no more 13,5 of percent from product cost, goods (works, services) received (executed) when implementing activities in the field of construction the industries of construction materials are made:

the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of Architecture including economic societies concerning which this Ministry is authorized to manage shares (shares) in their authorized funds belonging to the state;

non-state legal entities, shares (share in authorized fund) of which are not in property of the Republic of Belarus (its administrative and territorial units), except for the organizations registered as residents of free economic zones;

1.2. in innovative funds of republican state bodies (except for the Ministries of Architecture), other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, National academy of Sciences of Belarus assignments in the amount of, the provided in paragraph one of subitem 1.1 of this Item, the organizations which are under their authority including economic societies, shares (shares) belonging to the state in which authorized capitals they manage, performing activities in the field of construction and the industry of construction materials, not specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item are made;

1.3. contributions to innovative funds are not made:
