About approval of the nomenclature of the strong and toxic agents which are not precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances to which the procedure for import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 1996 No. 278 extends

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. In addition to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 1996 No. 278 "About procedure for import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation the strong and toxic agents which are not precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 13, the Art. 1350) to approve the enclosed nomenclature of the strong and toxic agents which are not precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances to which the procedure for import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution extends.

2. As required to represent to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure to the Government of the Russian Federation offers on amendment of the nomenclature approved by this resolution.
