Administrative regulations of Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications on execution of the state function "Organization of Carrying Out Measurement of Audience of Electronic Mass Media"

I. General provisions

1. The administrative regulations of Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications on execution of the state function on the organization of carrying out measurement of audience of electronic mass media (further - Regulations) determine terms and the sequence of actions (ministerial procedures) of Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications (further - Rospechat) in case of execution of the state function by the organization of behavior of measurement of audience of electronic mass media (television, radio).

2. Execution of the state function is performed according to the following regulatory legal acts:

4.2. Placement on the website of Rospechat of information on audience of electronic mass media.

4.3. Placement on the website of Rospechat of information on audience of the programs financed by funds of the federal budget distributed by Rospechat.

4.4. Provision of information on audience of the specific programs financed by funds of the federal budget distributed by Rospechat, on demand.

4.5. Refusal in provision of information on audience of programs of electronic mass media on demand.

4.6. Placement on the website of Rospechat of information on results of conducting examination of system of measurement of audience of electronic mass media.

4.7. Adoption by scientific and technical council of the decision on lack of need of conducting examination of system of measurement of audience of electronic mass media.

4.8. Money transfer from the federal budget for accomplishment of research work of the organization declared as the decision of Scientific and technical council the winner of tender.

4.9. The direction of the notification on non-recognition of the participant of tender by scientific and technical council on accomplishment of NIR by the winner of tender.
