1. Provide privilege in the amount of the 20th manat (taking into account aircraft maintenance expenses at the airport and other additional expenses) on rate for the flight approved for citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic and stateless persons (the persons who are not citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic and not belonging to nationality of other states) flying on airlines to Buck-Nakhchyvan and to Nakhchyvan-Baku by means of Azerbaijan Hava Yollary Private company.
2. In addition to privilege, the stipulated in Item 1 this Resolution, concerning disabled people of I and II groups, children from 2 to 12 years and students (weeds in both parties 2 times in year) to establish privilege in the amount of the 10th manat.
3. To compensate the privileges provided by Items 1 and 2 of this Resolution to Azerbaijan Hava Yollary Private company from the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic.
4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic to charge to determine together with Azerbaijan Hava Yollary Private company "Rules of issue of compensation from the government budget in connection with privileges to persons flying on airlines Baky-Nakhchyvan and Nakhchyvan-Baku and accounting of these persons".
