1. Approve the Technical regulation "Safety of Low-voltage Electric Equipment" it (is applied).

2. From the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in the regulated area, approved by the Order of the Government N 1469 of December 30, 2004. (2005, N 1-4, Art. 14), with subsequent changes and amendments, tariff line items with sequence numbers 175, of 177, of 178, 184-194, 196-222, 241 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. The technical regulation "Safety of Low-voltage Electric Equipment", and also the change made to the Order of the Government N 1469 of December 30, 2004 specified in Item 2 of this resolution become effective after 12 months after publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
