In pursuance of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2003 No. 1388 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of road, inland water, sea transport (excepting intra republican transportations for own needs) and Regulations on licensing of forwarding activities" and based on the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for issue and use of licensed cards on vehicles.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
