2. Determine that payment of money, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, is performed within provided to the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic of means for 2008.

3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to resolve the financial, organizational and other matters following from this Decree.

4. Recognize invalid the following presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic:
